Country: Veria. Located in the far north, Veria is a snowy wasteland all year long. Mountains surround the capitol city of Wantz protecting it from the attacks of the outside world.
Family: Father- Raynold(Deceased), Stepfather/Uncle- Aron,
Mother- Marrion, Sister- Ami (14)

History: Cecil was relatively happy child, despite the fact that he was very lonely growing up. Living in the secluded country of Veria Cecil didn’t have any friends. He did spend a lot of time with his younger sister, Ami.

One night, about two years ago, Cecil’s father, Raynold, was mysteriously murdered in the middle of the night. Cecil was the one who discovered his father’s dead body. Cecil was distraught at his father’s death, which caused him to become cold and distant toward others.

A few months later his mother was still upset about Raynold’s death and eventually remarried, to her brother-in-law, Aron. Aron never liked Cecil and often treated him badly, behind his mother’s back obviously. Aron could see that Cecil had no respect for him and decided to send him to Regalis Academy so he could learn some respect.

Personality: Cecil is usually quiet and can appear to be cold to others. But if you do manage to get past that he is actually a nice person. He doesn’t act much like a prince. He is rather rebellious, especially toward his Stepfather. He would rather be learning how to fight than learning " proper " etiquette.
